RESERVATION & CONSULTATION POLICIES

- For hair services it's necessary a consultation visit to determinate the type of procedure, price and duration
- If the client agree with the cost, time and date for the service, they should sign an agreement and make a deposit of the 20% of the service
- If the day of the service the client asked for any additional services will be accommodated only if time allows. Adding service(s) during service time will result in additional service fees
late arrivals

- The staff will wait for the client 15-20 min after the appointment was schedule to begin, past that time will be cancel and the deposit will not be refunded if they do not reschedule the appointment
- If the same guest is late a second time, the service will be cancel and no longer be able to book another appointment
cancellations

- In order to respect the time of our clients and our staff, we required that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice the deposit will not be refunded
